Woman and 17-year-old arrested over Chinatown robbery that left woman with fractured spine, HPD says
The 17-year-old and 19-year-old confessed to detectives that they were involved in February’s violent sleight of hand, according to police. One of the suspects is accused of committing another robbery just 12 days later.
