The third weekend of March in San Antonio will feature St. Patrick’s Day activities; a summit on empowering girls; a Tejano music showcase; a dog market; and the second home game ever for the new local soccer team, the San Antonio Brahmas.

The Tejano Music Awards Fan Fair will offer four days of live Tejano music on five stages throughout the Market Square as part of TMA’s annual local activities. The City of San Antonio will host its fourth annual Girls Empowerment Summit, when girls ages 13-18 will tap into skills development opportunities and focus on positive body image, self-care, on social media awareness and non-traditional professional roles for women. On March 17, he will offer a panel discussion and lunch conversation with mentors. On day two the San Antonio Fire Department will offer the girls the chance to participate in Camp Hero Like Her.
