Yesterday’s weather proved it: the spring storm season has officially arrived. Which means there has never been a better time to download the MyFW app.
The upside: MyFW comes with a new update, making it even easier to report the problem quickly… and get a timely response.

After downloading the MyFW app, users can submit issues such as fallen limbs, flooded streets, streetlight outages, and more. Their report goes directly to the appropriate city working group for a quick response. The user can view the status of the request in the app and get a notification when the job is done.
